Local Boy Does Good

Outsider artist, going by the name "Huggie", takes down bandit (illegal) signs in South Philly and re-purposes them.  He manipulates the text and places them in a new location.  "We Buy Houses" becomes "We Hex Houses" and he places it in front of a row of abandoned homes.  Huggie feels the bandit signs are disrespectful because they are placed in large quantities in the poorest neighborhoods, taking advantage of the local people and creating a trashy look.
