The Do Ho Suh -Fallen Star- Sculpture Is A House On the Edge

Do Ho Suh’s “Fallen Star” Sculpture at UCSD’s Jacobs School of Engineering, which opened today, has been seven years in the making and was supported by $1.3 Million USD in private donations. Needless to say, the precariously perched house is breathtaking and assuming in appearance, and follows suit with Suh’s themes of the home and cultural displacement.
